Summary: “They’re your boys John; you can’t possibly expect me to believe that you don’t know, can’t see…”
Personal Notes: Jim tries to talk to John about the boys. We see some memories of the boys being very young, not in a weecest way, just showing their relationship.

Safekeeping
Rating and warnings: PG13 for nonexplicit consensual fraternal incest
Word Count: 200 : double drabble
Summary: John creates a safe place for his sons.
Personal Notes: A bit sad, it's filled with reluctant acceptance.

In Thine Eyes

Spoilers: Very vague for S1; takes place between Dead Man's Blood and Salvation
Warnings: Incest
Summary: John makes a discovery he really didn't want.
Personal Notes: John sees the boys together, and thinks of Mary. I'll admit I like the first half of this more than the second, it starts to go towards what I don't like, where they all talk about things.

Warnings/Squicks: Implied Wincest, implied het.
Summary: John recognises one of Dean's smiles and what it means
Personal Notes: Very sweet. All about the small and quiet and almost hidden.

Second Glance
Rating: R, non-graphic implied m/m sex, language
Word Count: 4, 600
Timeline/Spoilers: Everything up to 1.22
Summary: John is only ever a second glance to his boys, who see each other first, always first, with little room at the edges of their vision for anybody else.
Personal Notes: A bit hard for me to read, as the paragraphs are huge and blocky. But if you can get past that this is really good. It talks about the boys' (brotherly) relationship as children, which I love, and has really nice detailed focused scenes.

John Finds Out
Rated: PG15
Word Count: ~500
Spoilers: none
Summary: John walks in on his boys.
Personal Notes: Very funny! Has a nice twist that actually throws another pairing in, but I won't spoil that :)

ETA: If you have any I could add to the list, I'd love to see them :) I much prefer the angst and/or semi-acceptance to the "well, okay boys, just not in front of me" fics. Those seem too fake to me.
